***** WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER ***** I would give it 0 (Zero) or less if possible... The worst service department. They will try to charge you for services they tell you are free. They called me to schedule an appointment and told me that my service will be included(free). When I get there, they act like they have no clue about free service. They want to charge me. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Rally Lexus did this to me twice. Both time they said, yes come in and your service will be free and when I get there they wanted to charge me. Best Customer Service I had a problem with a wiper blade on my vehicle. There was snow forecasted and I had several afternoon appts. I worried and wasn’t sure how soon I co I had a problem with a wiper blade on my vehicle. There was snow forecasted and I had several afternoon appts. I worried and wasn’t sure how soon I could get an appt to get it fixed. I contacted the service center who told me to come on down and a technician would check it out. When I arrived at the service station I was greeted by a service advisor who assured me my issue would be resolved in a timely manner or a loaner car would be available to me. I spent about an hour in a very comfortable lounge that had many amenities to enjoy and pass the time before I was on my way home in my own vehicle. More
