My name is Mike Robertson. I currently reside in Trumbull county. Originally from Brookfield, Ohio. Graduated Brookfield high school class of 2012. Got a used vehicle from them, which was "as is. " I haven't dealt with dealers in years and thought after Covid that the dealers would be more trustworthy. Two things went wrong the day I took it of " I haven't dealt with dealers in years and thought after Covid that the dealers would be more trustworthy. Two things went wrong the day I took it off the lot, which they didn't have to fix, but they fixed one of the problems. I was told to schedule an appointment to fix the other which would be out of my pocket. Have called several times to get something done, and they said they would get back to me. Still waiting after almost 2 months. Will be very upset if something goes wrong in-between this time of waiting. I have taken it to several other places but they won't work on that kind of car. Plus don't feel they understand that this is my only vehicle for work and my schedule is not a set one so I can only do it when I can get days off, which unless they can give me a loaner, I can't go days without a ride. Expected more from this place which usually has a wonderful reputation. No problem with the actual sales person but don't feel like the car was looked at that well before placing on lot and can def not afford a new car. More

Got a used Jeep which I thought was a great deal. Few days later I had no heat, and making a noise. Told them I wanted check engine light to be looked at which came on while test driving. They said they would, even when I signed papers of "as is." Picked up car and they only gave me a code (02 sensor)-light still on. Not even 3 days in and have to put $ into the car before the first payment. Don't feel they check cars fully before putting them out for sale. Happy with the price of the car but feel could've been checked before put out for sale. Only got 1000 for trade-in and next day my old car is priced at 7000. For a place that prides in service was disappointed, but not with salesperson. More

The Salesman was very knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered. He & some of the other staff stayed late to get us in a new vehicle. The Service Dept. has always been great All of our questions were answered. He & some of the other staff stayed late to get us in a new vehicle. The Service Dept. has always been great working with us too. This is our second Ram Pickup Truck, purchased at this Dealership. We would definitely recommend them to others! More
