We worked with Joe Nuss Who actually came in on his day off to accommodate us. I had been looking for a car for a while, not sure of what I wanted. This dealership was terrible. It seemed to be good at first. I had the adventure of buying over the phone due to COVID. The dealer mike Romano messed up a few numbers but caught it promptly. The problem came when I realized I was not given a spare key or tire which is standard. I made mike aware and he said that he would get me a spare key made. Some weeks went by and I didn’t hear from him. I tried to outreach him and the dealership. They literally never answered my follow up calls and I never got a call back from management about the issue. I called the corporate office and they said it’s up the dealerships discretion if they want to get me those things after purchase. I would never go to them again and I think it’s terrible that neither mike or the manager ever called to rectify this situation.I feel like they didn’t respond because technically they didn’t have to get me a key or tire. That is bad customer service at its finest! More
