Honestly, I would rather be sitting in a dentist's chair than dealing with a car salesman. The whole process usually makes me very uncomfortable. Yonker's Kia gave me a completely different experience than I expected. Everyone was cordial and helpful. Our salesman actually accepted a deposit over the phone and held the vehicle for me to see it at a convenient time. He had the car ready for me when I arrived. The Sales Manager, Mike Romano, offered the vehicle at the right price and made me very comfortable with my decision to travel a distance to lease the car at Yonkers Kia. I leased the car I wanted at the price I was looking to pay. I am a very happy camper and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pressure free car buying or leasing experience with down to earth prices and attitude. It definitely was worth the trip for me. More

Dealership was friendly and all business. Asked for a quote by email, they sent it right away, as opposed to some dealerships that make you jump through unnecessary hoops. Sales manager Mike Romano was very helpful and understanding when changed our mind on color we wanted and helped find our car quickly. We were able to start processing much of paperwork by email and phone prior to coming in to sign, which made it very professional and easy. Salesman Vinny Napolino was friendly, and did a thorough job processing the papers, adding the Kia and Android Auto apps to our phone and explaining how many of the features on the vehicle worked before we drove away. Finance man Chris Acevedo processed the papers quickly and did not waste time once we politely declined extra car or tire warranties. All the papers were correctly filled out also, not always a given. This is one of, if not the, best dealers I've dealt with in 25 years of buying cars. I will be recommending them to all my friends, family and colleagues, even if not initially looking for a Kia! More

I was searching for a car for a long time and when the K5 came out I knew it was what I wanted. Dioris helped me pick it out as soon as they arrived and the managers gave me a great deal. I came in for Truecar deal on a 2020 Kia Soul. I called ahead to make sure they had the car. When I arrived they said the car was no longer available. I was really disappointed but they offered me another ahead to make sure they had the car. When I arrived they said the car was no longer available. I was really disappointed but they offered me another car in another color for the same price. They said it would be ready on Friday and I needed to leave a $500 deposit and I did. I asked if they would bring the car to my house since I lived in Brooklyn and he agreed. I heard nothing for a couple of days and finally texted my sales rep. He told me I had to give my down-payment over the phone before he would bring the car to me. When I resisted a little, he started to be not very happy to talk to me. I asked him to send me an email that the down-payment would be refundable if I didn't end up buying it. He never sent the email. In general, he started to avoid me and gave me several excuses throughout the total interaction, like he wasn't feeling well or he had a family emergency. Anyway, when I finally reached him he told me the car would not be ready Friday but Sat. I had to pester him to find this out on the day he was supposed to bring the vehicle to my house. Anyway, I decided to go to him to finish up the deal and get my car. When I came in I was told some lie that they couldn't proces my registration because the system was down and that I would have to come back. I protested and they offered to pay half my cab ride. Someone called me the next day and said that my sales rep was sick. This guy graciously let me know as we were ending the call that I couldn't get the low seller financing with this car. I flipped a little and he said he would call me back. The next day I believe I get a call from Mike Romano, who says that the vehicle I was going to purchase was mistakenly offered to me. He says that he will try to locate a vehicle that matches the price point I wanted to pay. Anyway, he gives me a long list of cars from the northeast area but he says the cars are too far away and he doesn't think he can get them for me. Anyway, we do manage to locate a car that worked for me and I was finally optimistic. However, I soon learned that I couldn't use the Truecar offer on that car because it was a different trim. I think I've said enough. I finally did purchase the car 3 weeks later and they included a roof rack and cab fare. All in all Mr Romano dealt honorably with me but I can't say the same for the rest of the team. More
