Excellent dealership experience My wife and I recently visited WandL Subaru in Northumberland, PA. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. It started with Internet searc My wife and I recently visited WandL Subaru in Northumberland, PA. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. It started with Internet searching and contact by Donna Gallo. While we had less than favorable experiences elsewhere, we were encouraged to come see the difference. She wasn't kidding. We were treated so well by everyone at the dealership, that made what could be a stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We were met by Mike Rourke, who was our sales representative, and he couldn't have been nicer. Very good listener and worked to get us the best deal he could. Both the sales manager and finance person were also nice to deal with. Everyone in service is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help us out. Finally, we were offered (and agreed to) a return visit to the dealership for a new customer follow up. This gave us time to address any questions that came up in the first couple weeks of ownership. Kevin is a treasure trove of information - her really knows the Subaru features and operating procedures. We have NEVER experienced this level of customer care AFTER the sale as we did at W&L Subaru. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal and to be treated with respect and courtesy. You will NOT be disappointed! More

He was extremely knowledgeable and was never “pushy” about selling us a vehicle. He listened to our needs and we were treated extremely well in obtaining our new SUV. I even sent my parents to deal with Mike due to his professionalism! They were impressed with Mike as well and purchased a vehicle with his help. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru, or any vehicle for that matter. He is a consummate professional in the car sales business! More
