I went in just thinking about what I wanted, I ended up leaving with exactly that, at a comparable price to what I had seen online. The best thing, though, was what they gave me for my trade-in. This is the fourth car I have purchased from this dealership. First dealt with Mike Rutherford and then Nelson Gibson. They were professional and courteous. I just came in to get price for a certain dealership. First dealt with Mike Rutherford and then Nelson Gibson. They were professional and courteous. I just came in to get price for a certain vehicle I wound up buying it. I wanted to sleep on it and think about buying the car Mike said "it might be sold when you come back". I texted back and forth with my wife and with her consent I went ahead with the purchase. I did work with Noe to get a final purchase price and signed the papers. I had to return the next day to finalize and take possession of it. There was also an email I received that I should have printed allowing an extra $500.00 discount on new an used cars. That was my mistake and Irene went to someone to see if could be honored and I guess since I had signed papers it could not be honored.Sales people should know and say there is also an additional discount I can give you. Nelson Gibson helped a lot the next day by setting up my bluetooth and other things in the car. I also talked with Mike about a front license plate bracket at no cost. I know this a little picky but I would like to get and have Nash put it on. If you purchase a car whether new or used there should be at least a period where you can get a couple of oil changes free of charge. That was the case back in 2019 when I bought my third car I got four free ones. Overall a good experience. More
