I have been looking for a good used car to replace a daily driver. Most of the salesmen that I have been working with in eastern Iowa and Northern Illinois were not concerned with selling a used car to me. Most after the initial contact did not do even the simplest things in a timely manner as they said they would. As an example following up on an email or photo. Some sent emails the next day late in the day while I was talking to several other dealers. Anderson Toyota Lexus and Christian followed up in a timely manner and made sure that what he sent got to me and when I did not receive a text photo he turned right around and sent photos via email. The only issue that I had was with the title as there was some confusion about getting it to me. In the end I believe everything will work out. I think I just need to wait for a few days to receive the title in the mail. I bet not too many people pay cash and the titles are not on-site. More

My comments on the folks we worked with in this transaction: Chris Beto - In my opinion, Chris is the perfect definition of a person you want to work with when acquiring a vehicle. Chris took a very consultative approach with us based on the needs we had. He was very accomodating to our needs to test different models in order to make sure they would work with our family, car seats, and other needs. I also want to give him a pat on the back for how engaged he was with our 4 year old daughter. He was great around her. In no way, did we feel pressured into a decision. Chris was very understanding of our questions and concerns and helped us get to terms that worked for all of us. Mike Sartino - A rare positive comment about dealing with a manager in an auto dealership. Mike worked in concert with Chris to make sure our needs and objectives were met successfully from both the vehicle acquisition and the financial side of the equation. Mike was also very amiable to our concerns on the vehicle we acquired and was more than willing to make sure everything our new purchase will be 100% correct to our satisfaction. Ben Bleed - A very conscientious and customer driven contact within the Finance Department. Ben worked very hard for us based upon our stellar credit to get us the absolute best financial terms possible and was able to save us on the interest rate by closely working with their multiple sources. Ben was also very accomodating to our questions regarding an extension of the L/Certified warranty protection on this SUV. The paperwork process was handled smoothly and quickly. We appreciate his diligence and efforts on our behalf. In summary, if you're considering doing business with Lexus of Rockford, I would highly recommend that you consider working with the folks mentioned above. I feel you would be in very competent and capable hands. More
