Problem was solved under warranty. But when I dropped off the car on a Friday afternoon, I was not sure whether or not I would be covered as I was told that if a rock hit the underca But when I dropped off the car on a Friday afternoon, I was not sure whether or not I would be covered as I was told that if a rock hit the undercarriage, I would be financially responsible for the damage. I spent the entire weekend worrying. However, it turned out to be a wheel bearing causing all of the problems. It was fixed under warranty and I was given a ride both to and from the dealership. Once the problem was solved, Mike notified me and explained the problem in detail. What a relief! This is my 4th Ford--I was hoping no serious problems. And I even got a free soda out of the deal. More

The service of the vehicle was great done quickly got my vehicle back but, just my say so again the dealers , I was quoted a price lower than I paid and that's why I had my vehicle towed there in the first vehicle back but, just my say so again the dealers , I was quoted a price lower than I paid and that's why I had my vehicle towed there in the first place, but I was charged a higher price all said and done a little disappointed there of course who wouldn't be. It was just around $350 to $400 difference that's why I said something when I went to pay. Mike was a gentleman. More

My wife and I are new to Denver and both drive ford vehicles. We chose Omeara because you could get our truck in for service much faster than the other dealers. What a great decision we made. We are very impressed with the customer service we have received. If I decide to wait for my vehicle, your fantastic showroom makes it easy to do. Our next ford will be purchased from Omeara Ford. Took forever to get the job done. Didn't give me an accurate quote. Overall poor service. I mean I think they the job right. I could not tell if they rotated the tires. The piece was in the truck right there so they could put it back on before I left. Not the service I'm used to from Ford. I guess I'll have to drive to another Ford location. More
