Albert made the financial paperwork easy, didn’t try to sell me things I don’t need, and called me after a couple of days to come back in because he found me a better rate with another bank! Every time I visit, I’m greeted by friendly staff, given a comfortable place to sit and wait, and checked in on if the wait is long. The facility is beautiful and clean. I even got to take a picture in the showroom with my new vehicle before driving it out. They’ve checked in during the first week to make sure I’m happy with it. Overall, the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. More

We were definitely impressed and we ended up making the decision to purchase it. Bad taste s Let me start by saying our salesman was phenomenal. We bought a new40k Jeep the next morning yes the next morning . Wife gets up goes shows the family the Jeep breaks down yes with 60 miles on it . Yes they can’t control that a new Jeep would break down the next morning. But you might say the dealership would have a little compassion. We take to local Chrysler dealership. . Says can’t do nothing till Tuesday. It’s Thursday. . So I say great no car . I’m little upset at this point . Have it towed to jerry ulm at my cost of 70 dollars . Dealership a week later says nope can’t reimburse the 70 dollars . You would think under the circumstances of 60 miles on it and spending 40k the night before and just having a horrible start with Chrysler. Nope pretty much tough luck . What’s even sadder is the poor salesman offers to pay the 70 dollars himself . The guys on front line give so much but the managers seem to care less about the customer after the sale .Didnt get the promotion of yeti cooler . Also will be going into cancel the extended warranty this week. They didn’t take care of it with 60 miles I’m sure they won’t down the road . This review has nothing to do with the salesman he was great above and beyond his job .Its towards the bosses he went to to try to get approved. More
