I realize there is a "stigma" when it comes to being a car salesman, we are intimidating, plain and simple. Staff was tentative, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and respectful. I buy a lot of cars and I never had a purchase and trade in go so perfectly before. Everything went better then expected.
