Service went well, service advisor was pleasant and presented issues found that I told him I would have to come back for. I was disappointed when I found later that the service advisor did not use the presented issues found that I told him I would have to come back for. I was disappointed when I found later that the service advisor did not use the coupons that I gave him that came in our mail though he said he would use where he could. I was not told they could not be used, and did not get them back, so assumed there was a credit on my bill for at least one of the coupons... Hoping I get more coupons in the mail for my next visit.
