This was my worse experience. As a long time Honda customer (20+ years) and leased cars from 4 dealers both in NJ and FL freehold Honda dealership was the worse. Scummy car dealer through and through. From start to finish they manipulate numbers, are extremely deceptive and coercive. This type of behavior is exactly why car dealers won’t be around in 5yrs. People are sick of it. The sales manager comes over and lies from start to finish. I even got up and walked out after calling them out on their predatory and deceptive lies and the sales manager was calling and texting me to come back to make it right. They attempt to manipulate Honda Care and prey on customers using it. In order to get a certified used car they make you buy the over $2k dollar “certified” Honda care plan. They also use the classic lie that the bank gives you a lower interest if you get Honda Care. This is fraudulent and scummy car dealership behaviors that should’ve been done with years ago. AK is great salesman it’s just a shame his leadership he is learning from are xxxx. They also add gap without your knowledge as well. If you bought a car from here. I can guarantee you don’t know that you had Honda Care added on and gap insurance amounting to almost $3k extra to your invoice. Avoid this dealer at all costs. Never mind your car will be dirty and your “certified used car” was not serviced properly prior to purchase. Had my used vehicle for less than a week only to discover is needs a brake overhaul. This place is trash through and through. A BBB complaint will follow. A review on every single platform available will follow. More
