I went into Earnhardt Hyundai yesterday to look at cars and Immediately fell in love with the 2013 Veloster. I wasn't even on the lot for 5 minutes and had Mike out there showing me all of the different mo and Immediately fell in love with the 2013 Veloster. I wasn't even on the lot for 5 minutes and had Mike out there showing me all of the different models, told him I was in love with the car and had me set for a test drive faster then I thought was possible. He was extremely friendly and gave me every little detail on the car and answered all of my questions without having to think about it. While I was on the test drive the sales guys were crunching there numbers and considering my age and the car being my first major financial purchase, and being my first car they were able to give me a great deal! Overall I was thrilled with my experience over there yesterday, these are great guys, especially Mike Smith. I am definitely going to suggest to my friends that are looking at cars to hit this dealership up! More

Hi, I have often thought that the more you spend on a car the better the treatment the buyer receives. Boy, was I wrong. I know that I bought the least expensive car that Hyundai makes. The way that Mike the better the treatment the buyer receives. Boy, was I wrong. I know that I bought the least expensive car that Hyundai makes. The way that Mike Smith treated me, I felt that I was buying a Rolls Royce. Although it's obvious that the commission on an Accent is minimal, he treated me with patience, respect and honesty. The whole time he spent with me, he was wearing a smile reassuring me that this is my time and no one else's. I truly felt that I was his only customer that day. I cannot begin to tell you what that experience alone has meant to me, and still does. It is obvious that he is a great salesman, but his integrity, honesty and caring demonstrates that he is just as wonderful a human being as he is a salesman.
