Mike was immediately responsive to my inquiry for an XC90 that the dealership just added to their online inventory. I indicated an interest in the vehicle and Mike responded with a friendly email introducing that the dealership just added to their online inventory. I indicated an interest in the vehicle and Mike responded with a friendly email introducing himself and letting me know I could personally reach out to him for any help and/or information I wanted. I scheduled a time to check out the car and Mike had the XC90 pulled up to the showroom so I could look at it. I decided I wanted to purchase and Mike made everything go smoothly, there was very little to do on my part and I was in my XC90 in only three days! This included the CPO inspections, the make ready and the delivery. Overall a great experience and no hassles whatsoever! More
