Mike is a very professional sales person who put us at ease within the first few minutes. I knew what I wanted in appointments in a vehicle and the price I could afford, but had no idea what brand or model would meet our needs and expectations. Mike made several suggestions and recommended several specific vehicles. We focused on a 2017 Chevy Equinox and Mike gave us a complete detailed presentation of what that vehicle offered. We took it for a drive and after some negotiation purchased the car. I don't remember the assistant sales manager's name but when I made a counter offer, he didn't just say no but rather sat down with us and explained why he needed to stay at the price they offered it to us at. I was impressed with his explanation and his genuine desire for us to understand his position. Finally we were taken to the finance person's office where we finished the deal. Not only was he very professional but personable as well. Our experience at Lima Auto Mall was excellent from start to finish and I will recommend you to all my friends.
