This guy has been there like forever and always takes care of me when I decide to buy another car. I want to start by saying we have never used Lima Mall Auto services before. Boy have we been missing out. I sent a message via carfax website and received a prompt call. Ryan was pleasant and set up an appointment for a test drive. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I should have any questions. All staff was welcoming and the dealership had a pleasant atmosphere. Mike was knowledgeable about the cars available on the lot that fit our wish list. He was very informative about the different car models and the pros and cons of each. We felt at ease and was not pressured about a sale. They were kind enough to ready a car for us that they just received off a truck, it was still packaged for transport. All staff was very accommodating so we were able to test drive it. I was impressed that each car is detailed and a computer check is done. We were able to review all that was repaired on the car, which was a tremendous help in making our decision. charles was very helpful with the financing. He was able to find us a fantastic interest rate which is unheard of these days. The dealership is 5 generations owned which says a lot! The owners should be proud of the outstanding staff and family quality of care that they provide. I am beyond pleased with every second of our experience! Almost makes me want to buy another car just to experience it all over again. More
