Mike got me in right away and had my battery diagnosed and replaced on my 2019 highlander hybrid - very happy with the service. Could not drive into service bay as the hybrid connection was lost but they and replaced on my 2019 highlander hybrid - very happy with the service. Could not drive into service bay as the hybrid connection was lost but they got it started quickly and the new accesory battery fixed the problem. Excellent service from beggining to end.
