I was pretty disappointed in the dealership’s approach to dealing with my issue. I was told that cords in my car had been installed incorrectly. They discounted me a little bit, but based on the cost of repair I had to leave without getting some things fixed. More

When I bought my slightly used 2020 RAV 4 Hybrid at Royal Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gre Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gresham Toyota was so honest, that they told me that another sensor had come loose, and fallen in to the bumper as it wasn’t attached properly, and suggested that I go back to Royal Moore for correction. So I went back to Royal Moore to have them deal with the issue as it was improperly attached by one of their employees years ago, and they did an amazing job. They took care of me, owned their mistake, and honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had. I love my car and it runs perfectly! Carmen was absolutely incredible. Carmen was kind, caring, and really put my needs first. He deserves a raise 🌺. I most definitely will be back to Royal Moore for my next vehicle.
