Mike was phenomenal and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was very personable and it felt like he truly cared about making my experience the best it could be. My only negative review is in regards to the man negotiating a price with me (I am assuming it was Mike’s boss or someone from financial services?). I am a young female who came in by myself and felt as though he looked at me as someone who didn’t know anything about this process. I am knowledgable about leasing as this is my 4th leased vehicle, and I honestly almost walked away because of the payment offers he attempted to persuade me into. He started at $816/month, which felt insulting and made me strongly feel he thought I was a fool. I love my car which is why I was willing to pay more than I originally came into the dealership hoping for, but like I said, I felt like he was attempting to take advantage of me as I know I looked like a looked clueless young woman. At the end of the day, I am still paying nearly $100 dollars more than I hoped (because the boss went literally one dollar under what I said would be my absolute maximum, again, leaving a bad taste in my mouth). I understand it is a business, but he made no effort to at least make me feel like a valued or sought after customer. In summary, Mike was fantastic and deserves five stars. My car is a dream, but the negotiating process was questionable/concerning which is what led to me debating between a 3 or 4 star overall review. More
