Kerry made the buying process easy and painless. Once I made a decision, he had everything ready and waiting for me when I arrived back at the dealership to pickup the vehicle. As a change of lifestyle shopper, I wasn't easy b/c I needed help to learn what EXACTLY I wanted with so many great choices.
