Charged me to tell me something wasn’t under recall. They could have just looked it up. $185 to tell me the fix was not the same on the rear doors and rear doors didn’t have a recall. They wanted $1200 They could have just looked it up. $185 to tell me the fix was not the same on the rear doors and rear doors didn’t have a recall. They wanted $1200 to make sure my rear door did fly open and lets my child fall out. I will continue to just poor hot water or use a blow dryer to secure my door the two times a winter it freezes More

I had my appointment with Advisor Mike Treas and when I was directed to his office he would not acknowledge me nor the other employee in the office. They looked at me like I was there as an inconvenience t was directed to his office he would not acknowledge me nor the other employee in the office. They looked at me like I was there as an inconvenience to them and not even a Good Morning not a word to me so I stepped back outside again and waited several minutes outside his office until the advisor walked outside head down not looking at me and whispered “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” kept waiting until another advisor came out Marty Horner and asked me how he could help me! He wrote my vehicle up and was wonderful and respectful! Mike Treas was awful and very disrespectful zero customer service!!!! More
