Terrible experience…despite a scheduled appointment and knowing I was waiting it took the service department almost 3 hours to do an oil change and update the Sync on my F150. Vehicle was parked for almost an hour before they even started. Then I was charged $88 for an oil change that was quoted on their web site as being no charge. When challenged about the cost, my service advisor advised it was a known issue than management was aware of but hasn’t corrected. More
