The worst customer service and very poor scheduling. Scheduled a week in advance. Night dropped it. Then it took two days just to check the brakes for a vibration. First day they admitted they didn't even touch my truck. Cost me $200 in a rental car because of their inability to properly schedule their technicians. More

Best dealership I’ve ever worked with. Chuck Greenlee was an awesome no pressure salesman, Terri was great in finance, John Powell was awesome getting a minor defect cleared for replacemen Chuck Greenlee was an awesome no pressure salesman, Terri was great in finance, John Powell was awesome getting a minor defect cleared for replacement and Kevin in collision center was awesome getting my Explorer defect fixed in less than an hour. All and all, customer for life if service department and the rest of the crew continue to provide great customer service. More
