Took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix the fan on the heat that only blew air when on "high". The oil change and tire rotation were done (in addition to a gasket on the oil pan needi fix the fan on the heat that only blew air when on "high". The oil change and tire rotation were done (in addition to a gasket on the oil pan needing replaced, which was fine)...BUT they also told us that there was a problem with the emergency brake that needed to be fixed too. All in it was more than $2500. The fan "fix" worked on the way home from the dealership but then didn't work the next day. When we called the next day to let them know, we were told that it would cost extra to have that fixed. When we reminded them the fan was one of the initial reasons we brought in to be fixed, we were told that they didn't replace the right part to permanently fix the issue. $2500+ later and the main issue wasn't fixed and we were told simply that we should just be happy with what they did and that they gave us a discount on the parts they did replace. After more than 10 years as car purchasers and service department customers, even for vehicles not purchased there, we will never, ever return to Koons for service or to purchase anything, nor will we be referring anyone to you for sales or service. If this is how your so called VIP customers are treated, I can't imagine how poorly you treat new customers. More

I was disappointed in the time it took the service department to figure out what was going on with my Lincoln Navigator. I felt that having my vehicle for over a week was unnecessary and unacceptabl department to figure out what was going on with my Lincoln Navigator. I felt that having my vehicle for over a week was unnecessary and unacceptable. For the answers I received from the service writer my vehicle should have been completed in less than 2-3 days max. They test drove the vehicle and heard no noises from the wind, they reset the computer systems and checked the two key fobs. The two key fobs still don't work properly. I've dealt with this dealership years ago and loved it and referred many people to use this dealership. Unfortunately, the dealership has not maintained my respect and admiration currently. Things have changed and not for the betterment of this dealership. The communication from the service department was extremely absent. No responses from the phone messages that were left. More
