The service team at the Annapolis shop is always excellent. My service tech/supervisor of choice is Mike Tres. Over the years I have owned various fords and always used this shop. Mike was great as always. My rating is due to my issue not being resolved. It seems I have one of those issues that can't be determined. My rating is also due to the fact I just recently purchased this vehicle from koons as a their highest certified rating. The throttle in this raptor is absolutely not what you would expect from a "performance" vehicle. It is extremely slow to respond, as in seconds, and acts as though it is always in way too high of a gear or the fuel lines are clogged. Looking on line for solutions, it appears others have had this issue as well and it was either the spark plugs or the torque converter. I really need to get this issue identified and fixed. The vehicle is borderline dangerous to drive with the throttle being so slow to respond to input. I hope to get this issue resolved soon. I would like to feel safe driving my family in my newly purchased certified vehicle. More
