There is no experience quite like purchasing a car at Novak Motors, and working with Scott just made the experience that much better! The dealership was busy the day I went, but I still feel like I was provided with five star white glove service! There was absolutely no pressure, and even when the decision to purchase had been made, everything was discussed in detail and all of my questions were answered (often before I asked them)! There were absolutely no unwelcome surprises. It was, easily, and by far, the most relaxed and comfortable car buying experience I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough good things about Scott and the way he conducts business. I would, and do, recommend my closest friends and family go see him when they are in the market for a car.
