Walked into a beautiful indoor facility and was able check it out uninterrupted. Went to the office and met Greg. He assisted me in answering any questions I had and we took it for a test drive. Upon returning he asked me what my plans were with my vehicle. I told him I was going to sell it. and he asked me what I was looking for and he got it for me. Their attention to detail, impeccable inventory and wonderful customer service an We stumbled upon Novak Motors one night and we are so happy we did. Their attention to detail, impeccable inventory and wonderful customer service and appreciation made a usually un-pleasurable experience anything but. Anna and Frank greeted us and explained who they are and how they work. Skeptical to buying a used car, we looked through the inventory only to find exactly what we were looking for (2016 Honda Pilot) loaded, clean and with only 13k miles. Once we saw the price, we were hooked. We were back the next day, arrived with all the paperwork ready to go, no upsales or wasteful pitches. We did ask about an aftermarket warranty plan and were very happy with what was presented as well as the price. We came home with practically a brand new car for an amazing monthly payment. We will certainly be back and we can't wait to see what else comes through their door. More

2003 Corvette 50th Anniversary The salesman Scott Misino was a a great salesman. He went overboard to answer my questions to the best of his knowledge. My complaint for my car deals with mechanical issues. My car had many mechanical issues that prevented me from a timely pick up of the sports car. On the day I arrived of my pick up I arrived and the car Mike the Manager told me my car wasn't ready for inspection,In fact, it failed inspection. No one called me to tell me the car was not ready on time! Luckily, the car was ready a few days later. When I picked up my corvette the second time, I noticed when I got home, the gas gage, horn,seat, and emergency brake were broken. After about two weeks in repair, the car was returned to me still with a broken gas gage. Novack Motors only repaired the horn, tightened the seat, and fixed the emergency brake. I called the Novack dealer three times to repair the gas gage. No one called me back. I then brought my corvette to Robert Chevrolet to their corvette expert, Ozzy. I heard Ozzy was the best corvette mechanic on Long Island. He fixed my gas gage issue. Ozzy repaired my corvette by properly replacing both sending units in my car at a cost of 3,900.00 dollars.He repaired the car in less than three days! Shame on you Novack motors. I love the car now, all mechanical issues are corrected! Thank you Robert Chevrolet...A job well done! More

Ok experience we needed to buy a new car and had our price we could spend. Being recommend to dealer from three other people i was expecting more about experience. we needed to buy a new car and had our price we could spend. The sales person Anna Ferrai was nice and all but she was definitely distracted and did really nothing to help except put the license plates on and limited knowledge about car we bought. She did come over and say it looks like you have found your range get me if you had other questions. I understand we seemed desperate and we were this was as easy of a sale anyone made. Finally we picked car to test drive and she sent us on a ride with someone that works there. He knew a lot about car and from him and the test drive we decided to get car. Now the best possible experiance was with Frank in finance department he got us a loan with a good rate and a payment we could handle. So Monday it was set downpayment 11am appointment and we were golden. It took an hour and a half to get us on our way after they told us in and out i don't really see that as being easy. Anna like i said put plates on and gave us some more knowledge about car not everything she seemed hesitant to give an answer that she did not know. Good thing i read all about car before delivery. Yes we took home car both my wife and myself very happy this was my wife first newish car she was coming from a car that was 14 yes old to a 2016. I think i was more excited and maybe a bit jealous with all the bells and whistles i could ever want from a car. After a week we had the check engine light go after a week of having the car I called and Mike the manager was relay nice but i had to wait till Monday until service guys were in. I can live with that, brought the car in and they checked over. The light was on because of a bad motor that basically keeps car from overheating. I had to wait. They offered a loaner car for the afternoon but i was just going to drive in farmingdale with it didn't make must sense to me because i live out east might as well just wait unless it was overnight then i would have taken a loaner, that was really cool of them. No fault on the breakdown things happen and they offer a lifetime warranty for engine and transmission it was a 4 1/2 hour wait but it was fixed and now i can say we are happy with car. I will come here again maybe next time during the week and not on a Saturday, i always want extra attention when I'm spending a chuck of money for 5 years. More
