Walked into a beautiful indoor facility and was able check it out uninterrupted. Went to the office and met Greg. He assisted me in answering any questions I had and we took it for a test drive. Upon returning he asked me what my plans were with my vehicle. I told him I was going to sell it. and he asked me what I was looking for and he got it for me. Their attention to detail, impeccable inventory and wonderful customer service an We stumbled upon Novak Motors one night and we are so happy we did. Their attention to detail, impeccable inventory and wonderful customer service and appreciation made a usually un-pleasurable experience anything but. Anna and Frank greeted us and explained who they are and how they work. Skeptical to buying a used car, we looked through the inventory only to find exactly what we were looking for (2016 Honda Pilot) loaded, clean and with only 13k miles. Once we saw the price, we were hooked. We were back the next day, arrived with all the paperwork ready to go, no upsales or wasteful pitches. We did ask about an aftermarket warranty plan and were very happy with what was presented as well as the price. We came home with practically a brand new car for an amazing monthly payment. We will certainly be back and we can't wait to see what else comes through their door. More

2003 Corvette 50th Anniversary The salesman Scott Misino was a a great salesman. He went overboard to answer my questions to the best of his knowledge. My complaint for my car dea The salesman Scott Misino was a a great salesman. He went overboard to answer my questions to the best of his knowledge. My complaint for my car deals with mechanical issues. My car had many mechanical issues that prevented me from a timely pick up of the sports car. On the day I arrived of my pick up I arrived and the car Mike the Manager told me my car wasn't ready for inspection,In fact, it failed inspection. No one called me to tell me the car was not ready on time! Luckily, the car was ready a few days later. When I picked up my corvette the second time, I noticed when I got home, the gas gage, horn,seat, and emergency brake were broken. After about two weeks in repair, the car was returned to me still with a broken gas gage. Novack Motors only repaired the horn, tightened the seat, and fixed the emergency brake. I called the Novack dealer three times to repair the gas gage. No one called me back. I then brought my corvette to Robert Chevrolet to their corvette expert, Ozzy. I heard Ozzy was the best corvette mechanic on Long Island. He fixed my gas gage issue. Ozzy repaired my corvette by properly replacing both sending units in my car at a cost of 3,900.00 dollars.He repaired the car in less than three days! Shame on you Novack motors. I love the car now, all mechanical issues are corrected! Thank you Robert Chevrolet...A job well done! More
