4th purchase of a vehicle from Novak, GOOD CUSTOMER. This car had one 1 key, they made me buy second key for 300.00, Customer service for loyalty was ignored. Long story short, for 300.00 they lost a great customer who referred 7 sales made buy Novak. The bottom line, the stories you here about you are just a number is absolutely true! More
