Novak motors was a great dealership to go to get my first car. They had many great options, had a sales, finance, and management team that really helped in finishing the sale. They were really accommodating car. They had many great options, had a sales, finance, and management team that really helped in finishing the sale. They were really accommodating to the purchasing of the car and following days of dealing with insurance details. Also great was the Jeep engine and transmission lifetime coverage that they offer as well as no dealer fee. The large indoor lot was also a great location to view all the potential options. Wayne was also an amazing sales a person. He was very friendly, knew a lot about the car, and was never pushing anything. I think at times he was even more excited than I was for getting the car. Overall, it was a great experience and they helped a lot when problems outside their control came up. More
