I recently purchased a BMW for my soon-to-be 16-year-old daughter from BMW of Fort Wayne, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Living 200 miles away in Michigan, I was initially hesitant to commit to buying a vehicle sight unseen. However, after calling the dealership and being connected with Michael Uniejewski, my concerns quickly dissolved. Michael answered all of my questions thoroughly and even went the extra mile by sending me a detailed video of the vehicle, which gave me complete peace of mind. When I arrived at the dealership, I was delighted to find the vehicle displayed indoors with a personalized sign reserving it for my daughter, a thoughtful and memorable touch. The dealership itself is the nicest I have ever encountered, and both Michael and the finance manager, Hunter, were outstanding throughout the entire process. I was greeted with refreshments and made to feel truly welcome. The car was in impeccable condition, not a scratch on it, and came with a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty, further reassuring me that I was making a solid purchase. The bar for car salespeople had previously been set very low. Mike said "hold my keys" as he leapt over it and set a whole new bar.
