It took over two weeks for the service to be completed, and despite calling every 3 to 4 days, I could never get ahold of anyone for an update. In the end, the trailer light connector was still not fixed. I've had similar issues with my other GMC vehicle as well. The service here was terrible, and I definitely would not recommend this dealership. More
