I love the service dept. at Williamson automotive! They always take care of me like family…even when I call them with a problem out of the blue. Just come on in!” (The entire staff is good to me but especially Mike Valledares and Carlos Gemara who work with me most often) That is so reassuring to me, since I’m an older woman who often travels alone on the road. At least I know that my vehicle is safe, well maintained and will likely make it to my destination and back without any problems. Any time I do have an issue, they take me right away and I trust them completely. They have often done so at their own inconvenience just to be nice. Needless to say I am very thankful for their consideration and have complimented them to Mr. Williamson, who is himself, very kind, interested and accessible. My husband and I are both very happy and satisfied customers. More

It was over one week that i dropped of my Yukon Denali and nobody had called me to let me know what was wrong with the car. On the second week I had to call again and thats when I was told that the tech and nobody had called me to let me know what was wrong with the car. On the second week I had to call again and thats when I was told that the technician is looking at the truck. On the third week that told me that they changed the oil pan because of the leak but that the noise os coming from the rear differential and that since there are no parts available for me to come pick up my “non-fixed” truck and that once the differential arrives I will get a call to go back and drop off the car. All the while I was in the middle of moving from one home to another and given a tiny SUV for a loaner. Lets see when will I receive the call for my differential. Oh and by the way! On December 2021 I gave money down and ordered a cadillac Escalade Sport with the diesel engine. It is November 16, 2023 and I am still waiting on the cadillac. I also ordered a Hummer EV SUV and am still waiting on that one too. So how do I feel about your dealer. Just take a wild guess. More
