I had gone to several dealerships within a 12 day period of time and they tried selling me things I didn't need or want. Didn't listen to what I was looking for, tried ripping me off by changing the terms and some caused such havoc on my credit because they used old addresses off of my credit report that the dealership ran. And the other dealerships gave me such a hard time with me wanting to transfer my tags that were from another State. I walked away from 3 sales purchased because of it. I have always purchased Toyota's and I am pleasantly surprised with my Cadillac XT5 Luxury vehicle. Also the manager Michael Weildman was very helpful also even after the sale when I needed a document for my regestration for out of State. I never thought I would end up with a Cadillac when I was out looking at Acura's, Audi's and Lexus's. I'm so glad I stopped in at Donovan's. More

Out of state BUYER I found a great deal on a 2012 Ford F 150 pick up and contacted Mike Wildeman at Donovan Auto & Truck Center. Being out of state I could not just run I found a great deal on a 2012 Ford F 150 pick up and contacted Mike Wildeman at Donovan Auto & Truck Center. Being out of state I could not just run down to the dealership and take a look. Mike was very communicative and helped me set things up. We made most of the arrangements and drove in on Sunday Night , went to see Mike early Monday and he had everything ready. We even took the vehicle for a used vehicle inspection and were still out by 11:00 AM/ Mike did a terrific job and I highly recommend him and Donovan Auto as well. Chuck More
