Above and beyond customer service. I was looking for a truck and found one online at Donovan. I met with Mike whom made me feel very comfortable and was very transparent regarding price I was looking for a truck and found one online at Donovan. I tested a (certified)2018 Buick LaCrosse. Within 5-10 miles I knew, it’s good. After arriving back he started the paperwork, I called my insurance agent, got covered, wrote the ck. Absolutely no pressure, I didn’t squabble over cost, it was a fair price for a fantastic auto. Totall time invested, probably 45-55mins. Easy pleasant painless & no BS. Great experience!! More

Quick and easy Found a vehicle I was interested in online. Went in to check it out.
