Not only did Chan, my salesperson (which is the most energetic and hardworking salesman I have ever dealt with), but Kindal, Heath, and even Mike himself all went out of their way to come and talk to me and visit about the Ford experience and let me know if I ever have any problems with either my truck or any experience at Mike Willis to contact them directly and they will work with me personally to correct the situation, not something you see much anymore! My sales consultant, Chris Burnsworth, was honest, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the deal as smooth as possible. It was so refreshing to find a sales consultant like Chris that actually cares about his customers. The entire team at this dealership was so nice and everyone made us feel right at home. There were no sales gimmicks, high pressure sales pitches, or number games like you see at many dealerships (like Bolton Ford). They gave us a fair price for our trade in (much better than Bolton Ford in Lake Charles), and a terrific price on the Shelby. Literally everyone at the dealership felt like family.
