We appreciate Sonny's interest in resolving the matter, however, in the end, it was still all about making a sale. Sonny was helpful except for the fact that we said we really weren't interested anymore and still he called back with an offer for monthly payments after we told him not to. We got a nice cheery message from Lew urging us to come on back, but he offered no apology for his behavior, which frankly pissed us off. Obviously the" talk" Sonny promised to have with him either didn't happen or Lew honestly thought his actions were justified. We will likely take our business to Byers Mazda if only for lack of respect and apology from Lee, and we really don't want to come face to face with him again.

That last tank of gas I referenced took me 520 miles the gas light did not come on, I had a supposed 47 miles to go before empty. If I continued on with just under half the stated miles left before empty, to another 20 miles, that would have put my total mileage at 540 miles on a tank of gas. No need to take matters that far. Smile.
