I went at 9:30am for Express Service on my 2024 K5 and was told that service had been returned to appointment only. Thanks to Bobby(the car hop) I explained I lived 40miles away he intervened and spoke to was told that service had been returned to appointment only. Thanks to Bobby(the car hop) I explained I lived 40miles away he intervened and spoke to Service clerk and got me on and out by 12:40pm. You need to let customers who purchase cars know of such changes. More
