Decent price, terrible experience. These guys lied to me multiple times and denied it every time. When I confronted them and walked out of the store they came running after me to offer me a couple dollars to come back inside. As the car was a decent deal, I went back inside and purchased the car. When I came back the next day to trade in my car and pick up the new car, I was lied to again. Once again, I confronted them and they lied to me again. For the trade in, I was told it would take 10 days to pay off the current loan. 18 days later, I get a letter from Ford including a late fee due to North Coast not getting the payout done. Now I am stuck trying to convince Ford to reverse the late fee so my credit score isn't affected due to a mistake that was made by the dealer who purchased the truck. All in all, they had a decent deal on the car but I was more than willing to walk away due to the nonprofessional salesman and "finance professional". I would not recommend this dealer, it was the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. More

A few examples...I SPECIFICALLY told him I could sign papers & pick up the car the next day because I had to work. He said that they would hurry because he wanted me to take it today...okay... I also requested SPECIFICALLY that the back seat be cleaned properly...it wasn't. He stated that he would fill my gas tank up..he didn't even give me half a tank nor did he warn me...He said well you had to leave so we stopped. Now it looks as if I was rushing them when in fact if he had let me leave & then return the next day to pick up my vehicle everything could have been properly finished instead of me being aggravated when I should be celebrating. He was nice enuff for me to return in the future but inept enuff that I wont necessarily be devoted to him re: car sales More

Customer satisfaction driven- No hassles- Great deal(s) Milad greeted us upon our arrival and was very welcoming. Truth be told I was thinking to myself “great didn’t even get a chance to look around and this guys already trying to show us something we don’t I’m betting”. The experience was anything but the typical car dealership sales approach. Milad asked several questions about vehicles we may be interested in before showing us 3 options for a Volkswagen Jetta TDI SEL with under 30,000 miles. After expressing interest i had barely made it outside, and he had already pulled the vehicle up to the front for a test drive. I appreciated the fact that my wife and I did not have to go walk to the car, and have a backseat passenger for our test drive. It’s not a matter of us not being more than capable of walking to vehicle, or having to listen to a sales pitch when we clearly both know if we are interested. This was customer satisfaction at its finest- we didn’t have to walk half a mile to drive the vehicle and we weighed our decision in the privacy of our test drive. I appreciated the no hassle environment. Upon coming back from the test drive we had decided to make our purchase and Milad was very helpful in ensuring a quick and accommodating purchase. We had also interacted with several other members of their team and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We are now a very satisfied owner of a very low mileage 2015 Volkswagen Jetta TDI SEL and payed about $3,000 less than a comparable model we had seen at another dealership earlier in the day. Very satisfied and highly recommended. More
