I have purchased vehicles from a dozen dealerships in my lifetime. Although many of them had friendly staff I always had some concern after the purchase that I may have not gotten a fair deal. The last Ford lifetime. Although many of them had friendly staff I always had some concern after the purchase that I may have not gotten a fair deal. The last Ford I purchased I varified that I was overcharged once I sat down with the finance manager. Rather than bash that dealer what I can tell you is that not only did I get a fair and honest deal with Boucher, but they actually gave me a fantastic price on my trade as well as a great price the the vehicle and extended warranty. They frequently followed up and it became clear they valued my business. They are the only dealership I will purchase from in the future. The sales staff listened carefully, were exceptionally knowledgeable in the features and options on my vehicle and did not try to push me in any direction with respect to model, options etc. Very very positive experience Paul More
