On August 12 2026 I had made an appointment a week in advance for a dash warning indicator light appeared on my dash on my 2019 Ford F250 Lariat diesel with only 124657 miles. During that week I stopped at a gas station and some how water was in the diesel fuel which added to the problem. They came to pick up the truck at 7:30 AM to take it to the dealer. It arrived at 7:45 AM . I know this because of their texts that inform you when it arrives. I also have an expensive Security system that confirms this. At this point they drive the truck out to the parking lot and it just sits there until 1:58 PM before anyone starts to even look at it. I printed out a letter of all the service I wanted performed. The warning light showed a part called a " air Charge cooler" needed to be replaced $417.38. I requested a " The works " oil change" to be performed. They change the oil and rotate the tires and check PSI in all 4 tires, Give a complete truck inspection, top off all fluid levels and check all filters. They replaced the air filter, the cabin filter, and because of the water in the fuel they replaced the fuel filters (2). This service took (3) days to perform. I lost 3 days off work because of no vehicle. The total cost of the oil change is suppose to be $129.00 and repairs totaled $1451.96, If that wasn't bad enough at the high price for service the valet who brought the truck back told me how how rough the drive home was. I didn't understand why it was rough to ride home. The next day I went out to get in my truck and the Expensive Security didn't warn me that the system was active. Also the remote start failed to operate. The security system wouldn't even activate nor was the remote start working. I got in the truck and could smell diesel fuel. I thought it was just because they changed the fuel filters and probably was fuel on the engine. I started the truck and check the tires for PSI and found on the dash the rear tires were set at 84 and 85 pounds and the front tires were at 63 and 64 PSI even though I requested that they ALL be inflated to 70 #'s. I called and requested that the service Manager " Alex " return my call. It went unanswered until 1 week later when I called again after noticing that I had gone through $150.00 in diesel fuel in 5 days which normally is only around $60.00. While out with the truck I walked around the front of the truck and saw Diesel fuel dripping out from under the front of the vehicle heavily. I called the manager the next day and he could not understand how this could have happened and offered no excuse why this could be Happening that they only changed the fuel filters. When telling him of all the bad service that was encountered that I paid big dollars to perform, His answer was to look to find a different Service Center then. This comes from a. service Center that prides themself and has an out going message on their phones that their NEW facility is STATE of the ART and was just completed last fall. I will take his advice and look for a dealer that performs the work that they charge highly for and don' t do. I will be sending a copy of this to the BBB to let others make wiser decisions More

There seems to be no explanation for this. More

My husband had his oil changed and a week later the oil pan shield lost a bolt while he was driving on the highway. The bolt punctured our back tire. I thought Ford could at least compensate us for half the cost of the new tire since the bolt coming out was obviously either stripped during the oil change a week prior or not tightened well enough. Didn't even offer us a free oil change....nothing. Needless to say, no compensation was offered due to the fact that we didn't have the bolt that fell out of the shield itself. Hard to find a bolt when your going 70mph down the highway and this happens. This was NOT just a coincidence. I have bought 9 trucks from Gordie Bouche Ford in Menomonee Falls over the past years.
