I have been very dissatisfied with the time to get a scheduled oil change completed. Some of the time it was 2-3 hours. Last week I brought in my Tundra and was greated by Milani Hedquist. She was extremely welcoming and happy. Before I could ask about how long it would be to complete, she said "How about I get this done in an hour and 15 minutes max!" I said that would be fantastic. Not only did she follow throuigh with her promis, she had my truck done in 45 minutes. I have never had such a great experience with your service department. Milani is a "Rockstar"! More

This time it was good. This dealership is all about pressuring you into a sale. I drove up north to just not go to them. I understand a sales men but all they care about if This dealership is all about pressuring you into a sale. I drove up north to just not go to them. Plus I have questions I ask over the phone and there never very helpful that way. Plus they were suppose to call me to let me know when my recall part came in, yeah they never did. Once I got in for the recall the one lady who helped me there was awesome So not all bad but I wouldn’t recommend plus they have given me the lowest trade in values over any other dealership. More
