Lani was so helpful in a very frustrating situation. My water pump and radiator went went bad the water pump was covered but the radiator was not. When I went to pay my bill ended up being a little less th water pump and radiator went went bad the water pump was covered but the radiator was not. When I went to pay my bill ended up being a little less than originally quoted which made me feel better. She keep me in the loop through the whole process. More

Totally awesome! Love how quick I can get my car serviced! Everyone is always so friendly. I had my arms full when I went to pick up my car and Milani went and got my car for me so I didn’t have to serviced! Everyone is always so friendly. I had my arms full when I went to pick up my car and Milani went and got my car for me so I didn’t have to carry packages out in weather to get my car. I do wish Service department would at least wash the windshield...I’ve had other dealers wash my car every time I brought it in for servicing. Just a suggestion 😊 More

Lani was awesome. She is super nice and addressed any concerns/questions I had. She is great to work with. While I was waiting, Ryan started showing me some new sequoias. I didn’t buy one, but I am still concerns/questions I had. She is great to work with. While I was waiting, Ryan started showing me some new sequoias.
