We were looking for the right match for us in terms of conditi My wife Amy and I had driven from Alabama to find a used Honda Fit for our teenage son. We were looking for the right match for us in terms of condition, mileage and price. We had already visited several dealerships to no avail. We told Milo the vehicle we wanted to see and test drove it with him. It was a great car...but now it was time to deal! We told Milo that we wanted the car but at a lower price. We showed him the criteria that we were basing our offer on, Kellie Blue Book and pricing of used Honda Fits in comparable condition elsewhere in this market. Milo heard us out, took us seriously and worked on the price for us. After a bit of discussion, we had a deal. Thanks to Milo for being helpful, being ready to talk on pricing and treating us like we actually knew what we were talking about (Sometimes people in sales are not so considerate). I took my 17 year old son with me so that he will know exactly how car buying should be. This way, when he is on his own, he will have a benchmark experience for reference. This is the 4th car that we purchased from the Ellis group. I typically have a difficult time trusting people, and when buying something as costly and important as a vehicle it can be extremely stressful for me. However, at an Ellis dealership I can let my guard down and actually enjoy buying a car. I felt more like Millo was there to help me understand my options, and features. He really knows his stuff! Then, in financing, Lance was so laidback, but yet informative, that I did not feel any stress about my loan. Great guy! I almost forgot... the price of my new car was unbelievably competitive. Millo has been incredible, kind and patient, showing me all the vehicles that I showed interest, went through all the technology and features of the vehicle, including setup of Android Auto. He also introduced me to the service advisor Scott who welcomed me and greeted me on my new Tiguan and briefly going over the services hours. I also spent some time with Lance, who was so personable and calm, going throught all the financial options and making sure it fits my needs.
