During the deal, the salesperson told me the truck came with a certified RAM warranty that covered the powertrain for 7 years and 100, 100,000 miles. The truck had fewer than 70, 000 miles and was from 2023. If we do the math, I still have 5 years and 30, 000 miles of powertrain coverage. Before finalizing the deal, I asked the salesperson to confirm that the truck was still under warranty. They assured me it was. Later, when I spoke to the finance person, they tried to sell me an additional warranty, but I told them that the salesperson had already said the truck still had valid powertrain coverage. The salesperson also sold me paint protection and told me that it was part of the powertrain warranty. After signing all the papers, the salesperson gave me only one key and just half a tank of gas. I asked about the other key, and he told me the truck only had one. The sad part is, they never told me that. A few days later, I called a manager to share my experience regarding the keys and fuel so the dealership could improve. I found out that the Ram 1500 didn't have any insurance or certification as a pre- owned vehicle. I explained this to the manager, but he was rude and basically said he would contact the salesperson and get back to me. He never called. I had to call again, and finally, I spoke to the store manager, but nothing was resolved. He did say that a finance manager would contact me to see if we could add an extended warranty. I'm still waiting for that call. What really upset me is that they lied about the certification. They told me they couldn't lower the price because it was a certified pre- owned vehicle with supposedly warranty coverage—but it doesn't have any warranty, and the service was terrible. They lied to me. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle. I believe they are part of the Morgan Group, which I have bought from before without any problems. If someone can help, I would appreciate it. More

BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A DEALERSHIP. From beginning to thankfully THE END it was absolutely terrible. Collin was the salesman and he was terrible he was looking at his phone the entire time we spoke and test drove. At his desk he wanted me to sign on a sheet that was $8,000 over the asking $23k asking price on a 2018 used vehicle. I told him I want to be at $25k out the door he wrote it down and said no problem sign next to the $25k out the door and the finance lady will come get you and then he disappeared without me seeing or signing a reprinted sheet with the new number. I waited 45 minutes and then she came and got me and said we can get it down to $26.5 and I said okay that’s fine then she took that paper away and said “sign here” and I said ”this paper still says $29k” she then crossed out a $3000 service plan and said yeah we canceled that and that’s how it got down to 26.5. Then the bank calls me to confirm everything before they fund the loan and notified me there was a service plan that I did pay for. She told me it is $650 and cover 2 OIL CHANGES! THATS IT FOR $650. I told her I did not ask or sign for any contracts and only regulated gap insurance. I looked at my contract and there was a $450 charge for service and a $499 charge for theft deterrent which I did not ask for and they did not even install on my vehicle. She said I need to go back to the dealership Because they are attempting fraud. I asked to speak to the woman in finance and instead a manager (I did not get his name but he was tall bald and had glasses) said “yeah we aren’t recontracting anything for you. You signed for 29k and that’s what you got. The dealership had to add these things on to cover the discount you asked for. And every bank turned you down so we did you a favor.” I responded with “first of all why are you so hostile I haven’t even spoken yet. How did no bank want to approve me when I have a 790 credit score and show me where I signed for any add ons or for 29k. He showed me the sheet for $29k WHICH SHOWED THE LADYS SIGNATURE FOR REMOVING THE $3k. And said oh let me go speak to her. He called me in and said okay we aren’t recontracting anything but she’s going to refund the 2 add ons since I did not sign for those. The lady sent me an email stated that it would be refunded but when I called back to the bank she said that there is no way for the dealership to refund the money if the vehicle hasn’t even been funded by the bank yet. The BANK recommended I return the vehicle due to fraudulent financing and purchase from a different dealership. When have you ever heard a bank recommend to return a vehicle and not give them $30k??? That’s how bad this was that even the bank wanted nothing to do with this. I would love to speak to the general manager who was “not available” today but I would love for him to give me a call when he gets a second. I will give an update on Google reviews if I ever speak to him. More
