All the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles and really listen to your wants and needs. They make the experience really fun and by no means pushy like most dealerships are! I have referred several people to the dealership as they also have other luxury vehicles other than Mini’s as most people do not know! I recently had a really good friend of mine buy a vehicle there which was so exciting! Zach is the salesmen my family and I work with however everyone is extremely easy to work worth! He went above and beyond taking care of a few things that weren’t part of the purchase. Summer Parsons was my internet contact on the car first and was so attentive and made it worth it to drive 6 hours to get here for lunch the car. She knows the Minis inside and out and gave me every detail about it. She’s a valuable asset to your team. As with Zach, I cannot say enough great things or compliment her any higher.
