My wait was about 90 minutes. My precious service only took about 20 minutes and I has more service. I was charged $95+ for my oil change. I mentioned to the service person that I thought there was a special. When I got home I found an email that my oil should have been $59.95. The special didn't end until Sept. 30. The lot that my car was parked in was not convenient to the waiting area. More

Chris Grossman and J. R. Kenney could not have been more perfect in their service, advice, value, and assistance they provided - employees like them (and Mindy HIll) make i R. Kenney could not have been more perfect in their service, advice, value, and assistance they provided - employees like them (and Mindy HIll) make it easy to get my service at this dealership, even though it's not convenient for me to get to. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars rating is that services always seem to take longer than I think it should, but the service is always reliable, and seems to have become competitively priced. They did an amazing job. But accidentally broke my key where it hooks on/holds the round metal key thingy. But didn’t offer a way to replace it. Which I thought odd.
