Then I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would pay 88.00 plus tax. When I checked out, it was a total of 108. And some change. What in the world! The live young man, told me it was because of the extra materials they used for everything. I'm not against paying for it but I was told 88.00 plus tax. I didn't know toyota had hidden fees. I was so upset, I left. Once I got in the car the maintenance required soon message came up. Also, no MPI was done at all. Ugh! More

I made 1 service appointment (based on a call from a service rep) and then when I brought the truck in I was told the parts were not in. A couple weeks later I called on my own and spoke with a parts representative and was told the parts were in and I should schedule an appointment. When I scheduled the appointment I explained the specific details of my issue, but when I actually dropped the car off I was told again the parts were not in. At my insistence I reexplained the specific scenario and it was all resolved. I like Toyota Direct Service from past experience, but this experience was very frustrating on my part. More
