Mrs. Minnie Cooper was a professional. She's informed, practical, and follows through with her commitments.... it was clear that she's a mentor at Jimmy Britt. I arrived earlier than expected, and although she was finishing up with another buyer, she was able to offer both of us proper attention. She handled the logistics of test drives, accessory pricing, and purchase paperwork... it was fantastic. The overall experience was peculiar... unlike most places where dealers are competing with each other, it seemed like at Jimmy Britt, buyers are competing to work with the dealer; and it's truly "first come, first served". If you honor your commitment to showing up on time, Jimmy Britt will handle the rest.... and if you're lucky, it will be Mrs. Copper you connect with. More

No pressure or hidden fees... this dealer is truly the real deal. Staff are professionals, simply the real deal... specifically Minnie, Jheyson, Ed, and Taree. Just know that this place has buyers competing for the same vehicles, so if you're not as fast as they are, someone else may purchase the vehicle before you do... its an air-tight operation. More
