Waiting area clean and neat with a tv and vending machines My ONLY BIG ISSUE is I was GUARANTEED Jeep wave program with oil changes and NOW I AM GETTING MAIL SAYING IT IS ENDING BEFORE I FINISHED USING THOSE SERVICES PRETTY SAD TO DO THIS TO A $52,000 first time customer. How thoughtful to lie like that. Not sure if I will be a return customer for this simple reason. I love my Jeep but if I can’t trust company promises what is in store for me next ? More

Never dreamed the best price would be in Houma, Louisiana I was actually looking at a car to decide what model I wanted before going to New Orleans to actually buy it. Miranda met me at the door and was super I was actually looking at a car to decide what model I wanted before going to New Orleans to actually buy it. Miranda met me at the door and was super pleasant. I told her I was just looking but she offered to show me any vehicle I wanted to see. I looked at a Jeep Compass and it was way to small. Miranda told me if I moved up in sizes she could get close to matching the price of the smaller vehicle. They didn’t have the color or options I wanted but she told me “I’ll find it”, and she did. She then sat down and figured a price with her sales manager to win me over. I was shocked to find out the price was considerably lower than the large dealerships in the New Orleans area. My quick trip to just look turned into a opportunity to save money and time by shopping locally. Then, they sold the car I wanted and disappointment set in. Miranda told me not to worry, she was gonna get me a better deal and exactly what I wanted. She found me the most amazing vehicle with options I would have never dreamed I would be able to afford. She put together a price, valued my trade, and arranged for the car to be brought to Houma. In just a few hours of just looking for a car I was faced with buying the car of my dreams at a unimaginably low price. I ended up being a little above my budget and the finance manager clicked a couple of buttons and solved my problem. Miranda worked super hard for me to get this deal and I can’t explain my happiness. I found the same vehicle today for $2,700 more than I paid. It was on sale at another dealership. I never dreamed Southland Dodge could be a price leader and I highly recommend that anyone that reads this give them a chance to earn your business. They will go over and above your expectations and save you time and money. Thanks Mr. finance manager, I forgot your name but will never forget the money you saved me. More

I felt very comfortable and “at home” here. The employees are very welcoming and Miranda was so sweet and made sure I found the right car to fit my needs.
