It was my first time there and I was very impressed. We were attended to as soon as we arrived and shown inside to get comfortable while the car was being serviced. We were told the service on our car was complete, papers were signed, and we were escorted to our car. We were asked to look things over (i.e., the seat was as we left it) while the car was finished being wiped down. We were thoroughly pleased with our service. More

I have been a customer of Hyundai of St. Augustine since 2010 when I purchased my first Genesis. They have never been anything but helpful. The service department has always been ready to ad Augustine since 2010 when I purchased my first Genesis. They have never been anything but helpful. The service department has always been ready to address any service need I have had with my cars. Thank you to the service team and customer service department. You are very much appreciated. More

My recent experience left me frustrated with the service department. 8 hours for a heating element to be fixed or replaced in second row captains chair on passenger side. Passenger side has scratch on vehic department. 8 hours for a heating element to be fixed or replaced in second row captains chair on passenger side. Passenger side has scratch on vehicle; assuming while taking seat out or putting it back in. I showed the service rep. She tried to buff it out with her rag. I dropped the car off at 10am and was told it would be a couple of hours. ( she wanted me to drop off after 9 am. We drive almost an hour to get there by 10 am. Original appointment I found out that day was at 3:20 pm). The service rep is sure to let us know that the person servicing the car is very slow but thorough. We checked in at noon, and 2 pm; was told another couple hours. We drive home a hour away. Called again, drove back and Picked it up at closing.( before 6pm). It had just barely gotten finished with service appointment. There was a hurried departure by our service rep. .. she was late picking up her child. Before leaving She rubs down the car with the same dirty rag used on other cars. Then preseeds to use same dirty rag in my inside windows and door. She hurries to leave as I enter my car to go. Upon starting my car, all of my personal settings are changed. My home address was even messed up in navigation, as well as seat settings, radio, air conditioning etc. I got out of my car with frustration to let them know. The service person just looked at me. The service rep ran over and started pushing my seat setting button. I told her I already had done that. She was in a hurry . I told her with frustration “just never mind”. She ran to her car and left. I left only having to stop just past the first stop sign out of area to put my headrest back down to its normal position as well. I’m very upset at this point. Imagine my frustration when my home address in navigation tried to take me to another address instead of to my home. I’ve since reset all of my personal dash settings. Also wondering why I wasn’t given a full explanation of services rendered. Did they have to do anything other than take out second row captains seat to change heating element? Why did it take 8 hours. Why were all my settings changed? More

The new facility is beautiful and excellent for customer comfort & services for your vehicle . Snacks & beverages are available while you wait for service.
