Lacking in transparency, the negotiation process took way too long (over 3 hours while the salesperson kept checking with their supervisor). The follow up for title paperwork and receipt for valid registrat too long (over 3 hours while the salesperson kept checking with their supervisor). The follow up for title paperwork and receipt for valid registration fees was completely non-existent. I could not get one straight answer from management, and everyone was quick to pawn me off to another person when I showed up in person to the dealership. The general manager, Amir, said he would email me the paperwork I requested and I still have not received it. I would not recommend the dealership for those reasons. More

Because of Steve we had the best buying experience! He wasn’t pushy and never made us feel pressured. He listened to what we thought was fair and did everything he could to accommodate us.
